Our extra virgin olive oil is medium green fruity, with notes of almond, grass, artichoke and herbs. On the palate, a balanced bitterness and pungency.

Made from olives of native varieties, harvested in October and milled within 10 hours.

To give you the very best quality, our extra virgin olive oil is cold-extracted, filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen, at a controlled temperature.

Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from light, heat and strong smells. Once opened, keep its exposure to air to a minimum.

New-harvest oil on pre-order: we ship it on Monday 9 November. After that we ship Monday to Wednesday, public holidays excluded.
