    The harvest

    We pick the biccarese olives with a trunk shaker, handheld harvesters and nets spread under the trees.

  2. Within 10 hours

    The mill

    The olives go to the village mill, the oil is cold-extracted and goes straight through pure cellulose filter pads.

  3. Before it ships

    Into Bag in Box and bottles

    We keep it in stainless steel under nitrogen and pack it for shipping.

  4. 9 November

    It ships to your home

    With the Poste express courier, in its break-proof packaging.

The biccarese

It is our village’s own variety, from the Ogliarola family. It usually gives a medium green fruitiness, with notes of almond and artichoke and balanced bitterness and pungency.

We publish the new harvest’s lab analyses as soon as they arrive.

Before you pre-order

When do I pay?
When you pre-order, as with any order: by card, PayPal or bank transfer. With cash on delivery you pay the courier.
When does it arrive?
We ship it on Monday 9 November. If your order includes other products, everything ships together that day.
Can I cancel?
Yes: before it ships, write to us and we cancel the order and refund you. After delivery you have 14 days to withdraw.
How much is shipping?
It is free from €89 in Italy and from €149 to many EU countries. Below those amounts you see it in the cart before you pay.
